The Project

Advancements in digital health technology have made great improvements in patient education and awareness. Outcome Health’s technology platform exists at every touchpoint of the point of care experience, showcasing relevant content to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals when health is top of mind.

I worked with a team of engineers and health care professionals to concept and design digital tools to facilitate better communications between patients and doctors. These tools were designed to be used during patient consultations and resulted in better treatment solutions.
